Important Peace Corps Host Country Links

Training in Nepal

Applicants and invitees will have a lot of questions and concerns when they are told about the countries they may serve in. Some information can be found on the official Peace Corps host country links, along with their Facebook pages. But if you want to talk to people who served in those countries, you want to find their “Friends of…” groups at the NPCA, on Facebook, and the web.

  • PeaceCorps.gov is the official website for the US Peace Corps. For each country, they give information on projects, preparation, training, health, safety and security, diversity and inclusion, and a packing list.
  • All Peace Corps posts have an official Facebook.com page in their host country that mainly gives updates and current news about Peace Corps.
  • PeaceCorpsConnect.org is the website for the National Peace Corps Association. The NPCA supports the Peace Corps community, including current and returned Peace Corps volunteers, current and former staff, host country nationals, family, and friends in our efforts to create a better world. “Friends of…” groups are affiliates of the NPCA.
  • “Friends of…” groups have their own Facebook.com pages too. Some still maintain their websites on the internet.

The list is divided by Region and each country is listed alphabetically:
